Go to dollar store and get 9 inch square plates; that way you cant put too much food on it. and also get SMALL little dish cups like ramekins that are 2 or 3 inches across and 2 inches deep max.; to use with carb snack control.

This ABSOLUTELY NOT WORK!!!! I have done everything dieticians teach and NONE OF IT WORKS. It is not about calories. Everyone around me eats AWAY more than me. The only thing that works for me is Intermittent Fasting combined with watching calories for those two meals. I need to be under 900 calories to lose. So I eat 300 calories at lunch and 600 calories 5 hours later — and no snacks. I am a disabled 70 year old woman.

That side for veggies is what I use for meat and a small amount of veggies cooked with it🤣
